Meridian Restaurant is located in the Tar Branch Towers, a new four-story condominium located in the heart of Old Salem, just south of downtown Winston Salem.  We are within easy walking distance of several of the City's finest hotels, downtown Winston Salem, and historic Old Salem.  We are bounded by the North Carolina School of the Arts, the Winston Salem Children's Museum, and the Winston Salem Visitor's Center.  And soon, you will be able to stroll over to the new Winston Salem Warthog's minor league baseball stadium.

Meridian Restaurant is owned and operated by Mark Grohman, Trevor Dye, and Daniel Bowers.  Each is a classically trained chef who has chosen to make Winston Salem their home.  They were trained at some of the finest schools in the world, from South Carolina to France, and have worked at some of the finest restaurants in the Triad area as executive chefs and sous chefs.  The cuisine at Meridian Restaurant represents the combination and culmination of classical training and passion for fine French, Italian, and local cuisine.
