Do your gift certificates and coupons expire?
Yes they do. Please look at the expiration date on the certificate or coupon.

I paid for my gift certificates but I never received an email with my certificates.
If you don't receive the email be sure to check your junk-mail/spam folder. Add email to your safe senders list. You can also print your gift certificates or coupons by clicking My Account

Can I still fill out surveys if I deleted my email?
Yes you can answer surveys by clicking My Account and choose "View Surveys" from the menu.
